By using the services provided by JU Genesis Lab, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All dental restorations are fabricated based on the prescription provided by the licensed dentist. JU Genesis Lab is not responsible for the clinical outcome of restorations that are not properly prescribed or diagnosed.
Privacy Policy
JU Genesis Lab respects the privacy of our clients and their patients. We do not share, sell, or distribute any patient information provided to us for fabrication of dental restorations. All patient information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the prescribed dental work.
Return Policy
All cases are reviewed by our Quality Control team before delivery. If a restoration does not meet the specifications on the prescription, JU Genesis Lab will remake the restoration at no additional cost. Remake requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping Policy
JU Genesis Lab ships cases via FedEx, UPS, and local courier services. Shipping costs are billed to the dental office unless prior arrangements have been made. Digital cases are accepted via our digital portal and do not require physical shipping.
