The iTero Element 5D is one of the most advanced intraoral scanners available, featuring Near-Infrared Imaging (NIRI) technology that enables simultaneous scanning and caries detection. Sending digital cases from your iTero scanner to JU Genesis Lab is quick and easy.
How to Connect

Open iTero Portal
On your iTero scanner, open the case submission portal after completing your scan.

Select JU Genesis Lab
Search for "JU Genesis Lab" in the lab directory and select us as your preferred lab partner.

Send the Case
Add your prescription details and send the case. You'll receive a confirmation when we receive it.

Track Progress
We'll notify you when the restoration is ready and shipped back to your office.
